Please note that the below are our standard dispatch options and times, but during busy times of the year such as Christmas and Valentines Day dispatch times may be slightly longer.
We offer several postage options, which you can see below. Dispatch days are working days and do not include the day of purchase.
NON PERSONALISED ITEMS
Are posted within 1 working day not including the order day, but you can choose priority postage at checkout if ordered before 1pm.
Are posted within 2 working days not including the order day, but you can choose 1 working day dispatch at checkout, with our PRIORITY option, if ordered before 1pm.
UK First Class, UK First Class Signed For, DHL Standard & DHL Tracked & Signed - these do not have a guaranteed delivery date
UK Special Delivery, UK PRIORITY & DHL Express - these have a guaranteed delivery date
Please bear in mind that we do not have any control over Royal Mail and how long it takes them to deliver items unless it is Special Delivery to the UK. If you need something for a certain date or there is a delay in receiving your order, please refer to the FAQ's .
You may return any non personalised or non custom made to order item within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
Postage will only be refunded at the basic level if the full order is returned. Any upgraded postage is non refundable.
We will deduct a handling fee (£3 for silver/gold plated and £7 for solid gold) per item from exchanges or refunds, this is for sanitising the items before we are able to re stock them. This is applicable even if the item is unworn. Please note that we do not refund the gift wrapping.
The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs. We are not responsible for returns that have not been received back by us.
Personalised items and custom made to order and are non returnable. Some of our non personalised items are custom made to order including Pendants, all Initials and all St Christopher Pendants with Travellers Prayer.
If you require an exchange please note this clearly inside the packet, together with your order number and your contact number, We will use this number to call you to take payment for any difference, labour (if applicable) and postage.
All items being returned must be in their original condition and packaging.
All items are inspected before refunds or exchanges are processed.
